Shipping and handling charges for delivery will be added to your purchase, based on the total weight of your order and delivery service you select or is available.

 


DOMESTIC (THAILAND)

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We ship via Thailand postal register mail which can take 2-10 business days depending on your location and EMS which might take 2-3 Day Shipping.
All products are insured however we cannot be held responsible for incorrect address given by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We ship via Thai Postal Service (EMS) and TNT (for the goods which total weight over than 20 only. EMS and TNT may take 3-5 business days and might take more time depend on custom clearance and or other various condition. All products are insured however we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
For international order, display price not include delivery fee, tax and import duty, all additional taxes and fee are customer’s responsibility. Products are shipped from Bangkok Thailand with a detailed invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise (USD).

Delivery fee is depended on destination country and weight of the order, which includes any wrapping and packaging if applicable.

 


RETURNS POLICY

Damage items claim must be made within 48 hours of parcel received , Please notify us immediately upon receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise by contact customer service tel: +66 2 538 1530 or email to : contact@kuskusshop.com
KusKusShop is not responsible for item lost or damaged in transit.
Woodenware product and Hand crafts, Returns policy
Please kindly note that wooden product and hand crafts may have variation of color and shape due to natural material and production by hand, and therefore KusKusShop cannot accept returns or refunds of the dissatisfaction is not due to a quality issue.
If your order arrives with damaged that cause of poor packing or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective item. Please kindly contact customer service at contact@kuskusshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Customer Service will guide you through the appropriate steps to replace the product, or to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price.
Return product must be unused / unworn and in perfect condition with receipt. Customer responsible for return shipping charge, if the damages is caused by poor packing or production, customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
